Concrete resurfacing

Resurface concrete instead of replacing it

Vuba Stone resin-bound resurfacing transforms tired concrete into a premium finish — without the cost, mess, or week-long downtime of a tear-out and re-pour.

What “resurfacing” actually means

Most concrete in the GTA fails the same way: surface cracks from freeze-thaw cycles, oil and salt staining, and gradual erosion of the original finish. The structural slab underneath is usually fine — it's the surface that's the problem.

Resurfacing skips the demolition. We prep your existing slab, apply a primer, and bond a new resin-bound stone finish on top. The result is a permeable, UV-stable, slip-rated surface that looks better than the original concrete and outlasts it by decades — at a fraction of the cost of a full replacement.

Common questions

Frequently asked

Why resurface concrete instead of replacing it?

Resurfacing is roughly half to one-third the cost of a tear-out and re-pour, finished in 2–3 days instead of a week-plus, and the resin-bound finish outlasts fresh concrete. The structural slab is usually fine — it's the surface that's failing.

What if my concrete is cracked?

Hairline and surface cracks are normal and we repair them as part of the prep. Heaved sections, sunken slabs, or structurally failing concrete need to be replaced or mud-jacked first — we'll tell you straight if that's the situation.

How long does the resurfaced finish last?

15–20+ years with normal residential use. We back every install with a written 5-year warranty against cracking, fading, and workmanship defects.

How long does the install take?

Most jobs are finished in 2–3 days. You can walk on the surface in 24 hours and drive on it the day after that.
