Stone coating
A premium surface made from natural aggregate locked into a UV-stable resin matrix. Permeable, durable, and the right answer for driveways and patios across the Toronto GTA.
Resin-bound stone is exactly what it sounds like: graded natural aggregate (typically 1–6 mm) mixed with a clear two-part resin and trowelled onto a prepared base. Once cured, every individual stone is locked in place by the resin — but the surface stays porous, so water drains through it instead of pooling.
We install Vuba Stone, a UK-developed system that's been refined over a decade of use across Northern Europe. It's purpose-built for climates like ours: freeze-thaw stable, salt-resistant, and UV-stable so the colour stays true year over year.

SuDS-compliant — water drains through the surface to the substrate, so meltwater doesn't pool, freeze, or pond on top.
The resin doesn't yellow or chalk in sun. The aggregate doesn't fade. Year ten looks like year one.
Tested across many cycles of Canadian winter. No surface cracking, no aggregate pop-out, no salt damage.
We carry a range of natural aggregate blends — warm beige, cool grey, charcoal, mixed tones, even custom borders. We bring physical samples to your free on-site visit so you can see how each blend looks in your light.
